Sunset Extended, Lavale, MD 21502

Property Description

This parcel has been held for the purpose of an extended portion of Sunset View. Owners had planned to develop it with beautiful homes just outside the city limit. There are two other parcels that can be included to add up to a total of just over 39 acres +/-. It is totally wooded and could also have some very good timber to sell.
